Privacy policy

This website is run by Giovanni Alzetta, who is responsible for any personal data it handles. You can reach me at [email protected].

The site has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. It collects personal data only when you send me a message.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you enter are sent to me as an email. I use them only to reply to you, and I keep them only as long as the conversation needs them. They are not shared with anyone or used for marketing. The legal basis is your request to be contacted (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Hosting

The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. in Italy, which also delivers the contact form emails. Like most web servers, Aruba's servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, date and requested page) for security and to keep the service running. Data stored in your browser

The site saves two small values in your browser: your light/dark theme choice, and whether you have already seen the homepage cube animation in this session. They never leave your device and are not used to identify or track you. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
